  1. Use spreadsheet software to create a table named Equipment Inventory.

    • Include the following column headings: Item, Quantity, and Description.

    • Enter data to create a record for each item (hardware, software, and other equipment) found in your classroom.

  2. Sort the data in the report in ascending order by the Item column.

  3. Save the table as Equipment Inventory (Date). Use the current date in the name.

  4. Print the table.
