First research and identify a senior center, adult day care center, assisted living facility, or
nursing facility online that interest you. Next, make arrangements to meet virtually with
the administrator, social worker, case manager and or nursing staff. During this meeting
time; you should, if possible, ask if you could possibly socialize with some of their
residents/members if they have virtual programming that you could observe or participate
in (this is not mandatory). Your main responsibility is to observe the residents (if
permitted) and interview the staff available as per the administrators approval.
