Read the article by Max Weber, “Class, status, and party.”
Finally, write an essay in which you compare and contrast the theories of social inequality offered by Marx and Weber. Do not consult the internet- I’ve offered plenty of information, and I’d like you to work this out on your own (and you might come up with something really novel!). Your essay must be between 750-1250 words. This too is a lot to cover, there won’t be much room for examples or digression.
