In this assignment you will reflect on the readings and course materials and demonstrate an ability to apply new understandings by writing a letter addressed directly to an institution which provides healthcare services. This institution may be your own workplace or an institution which provided you or a family member with healthcare services. Either way, everything you write will be kept private. It will not be shared with your employer or anyone else. After you put your thoughts on paper, you might decide to share these with your employer or the healthcare provider you chose.
In the letter mention that you are a student at Felician and state why the inclusion of spirituality in healthcare is important citing one understanding from this course.
Include one or more ways you observe concern by the institution and/or its employees for patients’ spirituality. Are spiritual needs addressed?
