Employee Dissactifaction is my topic
surely an issue that has increasingly been noted during the pandemic, you might want to further refine it to whether this is dissatisfaction in the job, the industry, the work environment, and/or their career desires. You could select an industry (or a couple industries) to study and then look at the research in that industry (or industries)–as well as select an organization to survey or interview employees and possibly managers. Think about the end goal too: is the effort to avoid employee dissatisfaction, redesign job roles and/or work loads to make satisfaction higher??? You would also want to study employee satisfaction in order to understand what makes an employee(s) satisfied in their work role.
