Given the challenges you have identified in your SWOT/C analysis, you will develop a program evaluation plan that will allow your selected organization to evaluate progress over time in addressing the stated goals of your analysis.
Requirements: You will create a 5-7 page program evaluation document. This document should include each of the following sections described below. Remember, you are to fully describe the details associated with each section based on the stated plans from your SWOT/C analysis. Information and examples regarding each section of the program analysis can be found in the course readings from module 4 and 5.
