What factors do you see that are inhibitors of innovation in your organization?
What factors could be assets to facilitate innovation in your organization?
Is there an opportunity that your organization could seize if you could lead the innovation? What is that opportunity and how would you address it with what innovation?
What changes would you need to make or resources would you need to bring about that innovation?
Look at this task from the perspective of being the “person in charge” and you can direct the innovation from the CEO seat. Think of it as a warm-up for your next job!
