Basically I have my draft paper. It is changing directions. Do not pay attention to the Table of Contents, at best you can glance at the methodology section and get an idea for what the intent is.
This is going to be a section added to the overall project. What I need is to simply outline what the Alaska Marijuana legal framework is. Outline what Canada’s has as a framework and then compare them. Identity some of the common themes and challenges.
Then make some recommendations based on what Canada is doing in order to assist Alaska in further developing a regulatory framework.
