For most organizations, performance reviews are used to support decisions related totraining and career development, compensation, transfers, promotions, and reductionsin-force or employment termination. Generally, the performance review processincludes setting clear and specific performance expectations for each employee andproviding periodic informal and/or formal feedback about employee performance relativeto those stated goals. This assignment explores the possible bias on the PM process.
