Real Life Case Study Essay On Alternative Dispute

I am over flooded with assignments. Hence, not being able to do this essay.

There are in total four topics given out of which you have to choose one. You can choose as per your discretion.

To make it easy for you I have created a lecture summary ( very important) of the course to help you a step further with it. Also, I have attached the course readings list to help you with it.

The essay should be in line with the course overview. The course overview is attached in a file below.

Structure

a. Introduction- Define the topic and tell the writer how will you carry this essay.

b. Own Analysis: Answer the question by doing deep research.

c. One Case Study: Write a real life case study related to the topic. It should define your argument.

d. Own Views: Give your personal opinion on the basis of the analysis and research done.

e. Conclusion: Tell the write what you concluded from the essay and future prospects.

f. Bibliography: Refer OSCOLA guide for referencing. I’ll attach below the OSCOLA referencing guide. As in UK law, they refer OSCOLA for referencing.

Plagiarism should be between 3% maximum. Essay should be in line with the course overview.

Referencing: OSCOLA referencing. Bibliography should be of 3 pages minimum. It shouldn’t exceed the word limit. Minimum of 2000 words. Footnotes and
Bibliography not included in the word count. Word count will be counted
from Introduction to Conclusion (Excluding footnotes).

Please refer to materials attached as the professor is very strict in checking and I don’t want to take any chances as it is my final submission of the year. Please do the needful.

A few points to be noted:

Good vocabulary and good selection of words. High level of English required as it is a Master’s essay.

– You can do independent research as well, but it is recommended to also refer to the materials which is taught by the professor during the year. You have to do both i.e. Independent research and refer to the course materials.

Don’t copy and paste materials from the website or books. It should be your own work.

– Meaning should be clear. The reader should understand what you write.

– Never end a sentence incomplete i.e. never end the sentence with “Others”. Mention everything.

– Last and the most important. Avoid repetitions.
