For this assignment, you will write a paper critiquing and examining a secondary article of your choosing.. First, you will choose an article from the American Historical Review or Journal of American History (NO BOOK REVIEWS). This can be from any topic that you want, as long as it pertains to American history and falls into the time frame of this class –1865-2016. 1.Summarize the Article: What is the author discussing in this article? What is the argument/main point that the author is trying to make?
