Static vs. Dynamic Warm Up Lab

The six components of warming up are; Tissue quality, activation, corrective exercises, thermogenic, stretching, neural preparation.

The warm-up must have a minimum of 6 dynamic exercises and all 6 components of the warm-up must be fulfilled. Include sets, reps, distance, time, rest, etc. when needed.  Each exercise must include instructions and what muscle or body part it intends to warm-up.
