Directions
Write and produce a video documentary or audio documentary about the requirements to become a security guard and a private investigator in your state. Use research from local companies and state websites as the basis for the specific job positions and the requirements for licensing in your state.
Guidelines
Using the information from the research, your video or audio documentary should include the following information:
- A description of the two job positions
- Written text, narration, and photos (if video) to explain each position
- A description of the educational requirements for each job position
- An explanation of on-the-job training required for each job position
- A description of the locations in which the job may be performed after receiving a license
- A list of certified training facilities and post-secondary institutions (college, university, community college) to gain education for each job position
- List of references used for any research and sources of data and information.
